We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work within the Customer Delivery function to provide client facing business analysis and software delivery services, supporting the delivery of Corehesion Group products, services and initiatives that enable the business to meet its strategic goals.

The Role – Key Accountabilities:

Customer Delivery

  • Customer interaction and management, working closely with stakeholders at customers, coordinating delivery of Corehesion software products and services to the customer
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement in customer processes
  • Support and development of proposals and quotes
  • Definition of tasks and plans for delivery of specific projects or initiatives

Business Analysis

  • Gather, validate and document business requirements for system implementations, modifications, and enhancements
  • Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and outline the anticipated business impacts of change
  • Translate requirements into high quality user stories, including personas and acceptance criteria, ensuring the stories can be tested both functionally and non-functionally
  • Support product conceptualisation, and definition and prioritisation of work, as part of Corehesion’s agile product development process
  • Provide support and mentoring for other analyst resources within the Business Analysis team

Testing

  • Assist in the testing of bug fixes, enhancements and new features

Training & Change

  • Support business transition and help to establish and embed change successfully across processes and systems throughout the customer organisation

The Person:

  • Tertiary IT degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of the Agile Manifesto, alignment with the principles of agile methodologies, and how it/they affect and improve an organisation and its culture
  • Demonstrated experience as a business analyst, working in organisational process improvement; technology projects; and software product development and delivery
  • Innovative thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Driven by delivery, delivering efficiently and to high standards
  • Has a can-do attitude; takes ownership of problems; works to deliver effective solutions
  • Able to prioritise a flexible workload in a dynamic growing software company
  • Passionate about providing quality service and outcomes to our customers
  • Experience in any of the following areas is highly valued:
    • construction, manufacturing, resources and energy, asset management, planning & scheduling, contractor and workforce management, safety, risk and compliance, maintenance and production optimisation

This is a remote-first role, with some travel to customer sites when required.
